Report shortcuts

During the evaluation of an alarm, the operator needs to take notes on the events that unfold as they are trying to comprehend the situation and if needed send security forces to the premises. The way we can speed this up is bu creating shortcuts where in the report area, if the operator right clicks, they end up with a menu of texts they can choose from. These are generally quick shortcuts to speed the evaluation process.

In the reports shortcut table, just add short texts so the operator doesn't spend too much time in reading the shortcuts.
