📄️ Receivers
The Communicator is one of the most important services in ATraqII. It is the engine that controls all of the incomng and the system generated signals. There are many fields that need to be set before you can actually receive any signal. It is fully recommended that all of the Administrator>Settings be completed before we continue with the Communicator settings. There are areas in the Communicator where you will be required to go and make minor adjustments in Settings especially in Signal Types. If you need to open multiple screens you can always right click the link and open in new tab. It tends to be easier that way.
📄️ Settings
For ATraq Desktop users, this is kind of equivalent of Advanced Settings. But there are so much more that we can do on this screen. Firstly please note that you can stop the Master Communicator by clicking the pause button in the top right corner. This will stop the generation of all system generated signals and alarms.
📄️ Receiver and Lincard settings
We need to create a receiver/linecard configuration matrix to handle the receivers and site numbers coming in to the receivers. We can see the details of the receivers and linecard in the main table. To add a new configuration of the receiver of linecard at hand, click on the Add button on th etop right corner. You should see the following modal:
