Foreword

For over 15 years, Atraq has been the primary software for thousands of ARC’s around the world. It started off being an alternative to DOS displayed software with its Microsoft© Windows look and MS SQL database, then with the implementation of IP Switchboards, was the first ARC software to be fully integrated into Call Centers. Since then Atraq has undergone over 600 upgrades with more than 120 new features added.

The performance has been tested to handle 3,000,000 accounts with over 100 signals on average per account. That makes 300,000,000 signals per day and over 3470 signals processed per second!

ATraq has connections to vehicle tracking systems, guard tour systems, access control systems, IP switchboards, CRM/ERP systems, banking systems, IOS/Android Apps and thousands of web services in over 50 countries.
