Active/Inactive categories
When an opertor decides to make a site inactive, ATraqII requires that the operator give a reason why. It's the same if the site is inactive and they want to make them active again. To create these, there are two lists in this menu that you just enter the text reasons.
The reason for this being that we keep statistics for reasons of these services.
Please note that when a site is made inactive, the site is not deleted for the period stated in Program Settings>Backup of inactive sites. After this cool off period, the site data is stored in a different table in JSON format. Once it is made inactive, NO signals are received or stored in the database for that site anymore. If signals are still received from the site (as making a site inactive just shuts it down on the software side and unless the panel is programmed not to send messages anymore, it will continue doing so), that site number will not be available for any other panel until at least a period stated in Program Settings>Backup of inactive sites.
