Program Settings

The program settings are for the main default settings we need in the ATraq software. There are some extra features here that were not in ATraq Desktop. These include: ARC Profile: The ARC profile now has more details on the ARC. This profile includes two of the super-admins in solution. These include the IT Manager (or CTO) and the ARC manager. As we need to have at least two super-admins, we thought that these two would be the most dependable. However, if you need to change the roles, then this is easy. Again, these contacts are added through the CAP.

Please note that when we first install ATraqII on Docker, we request you fill out the form that includes the names of these super-admins initially. They will be responsible for adding the rest of the personnel into the system. Make sure that if these roles do change, it is extremely important that you update these roles immediately. If left unchanged, you may not be able to add anybody else into the system!

The logo will be used in the reports, User access to ATraq, Profile and the CAP for new users. If you add the social media links, they will be presented in the reports, User access to ATraq, Profile and the CAP emails.

As we now have two databases, we need to set DB timeout for both databases. The rest are pretty similar to the ATraq Desktop.
