Software requirements

As there is no installation required on the remote computers we just recommend the following

Terminals​

As for the end terminals, any end unit that can run any of the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Edge
  • Firefox
  • Opera Please make sure that the latest versions are installed.

Other service providers​

SMS service provider​

The ARC must have an SMS service provider ready prior to the installation. We do not use SMS modems or other hardware solutions. So an agreement must be made with a telco company whether it be local or global. As soon as the agreement is made, the SMS service provider parameters must be immediately shared with the ATraqII support team that has been assigned to you so they can create the SMS API for the software to function. Make sure that a test account is setup

Address validation provider​

We need to have your choice of address validator. The companies that we already have a solution with are:

  • Google Address Validation
  • Coming soon:
  • Melissa
  • NetSuite
  • Loqate
  • Geoapify If you would like to use a local address validator, please share the company details with our support team immediately so our team can prepare the API for the software to function.

Unique email​

You need to create at least one unique email for the services in ATraqII. These will be used for many aspects and more emails may be required along the way. So have that ready and fully setup before you continue.

Intialization​

Once the above steps have been completed, you need to fill out the initialization online form that includes the details of the contact in the company, details of the hardware preparation and some other relevant data. This link will be given by your ATraqII local representative or Comon Professionals Sales Team.

Please be aware that NO employee of Comon Professionals will ever ask you for your password for any service whether it be the Cloud servers, ATraq login, Windows OS, Linux OS, SQL servers, PocketBase Database, or any other service. Under no circumstances do not share any sensitive information with Comon Professionals or their affiliates.
