Legal contracts

The legal contracts page is designed to manage all of the contracts that are needed during your operations. These include the following categories:

  • Customer contracts
  • Site contracts
  • End User contracts
  • Operator work contract
  • Installer company contract
  • Installer technician/Estimator contract
  • Medical consent
  • ATraq EULA

There may be more contracts added in the future.

We have prepared generic contracts for each of the categories that would give you an idea of the usage within ATraqII. These MUST be updated in accordance with the legal system in your territory.

Comon Professionals, or any of its affiliates, can not be held responsible for any misconduct by the monitoring company, the installation/service company or the sales company because they didn’t make changes to the default contract templates. These templates are for general knowledge only and do not align with the legal system in any country.

Everytime the contract is updated, the version number will autmatically be updated and the users that are subject to the conditions of these contracts will automatically be notified to accept the new terms and conditions of the contract. They WILL NOT be able to access ATraqII until they accept the new terms and conditions.

Each of the contracts are associated with the Authorities page for each authority. The purpose for this is that the user that is usign ATraqII will have to abide by those rules and regulations, terms and conditions mentioned in the legal contract.

The field is a rich text area and the user can actually download these contracts when every they want through their profiles.
